  • Course Access: The student must NOT have accessed any part of the paid course content after enrollment.

Definition of “Accessing Course Content”: Accessing course content includes logging into your account and viewing, consuming, or downloading any lesson, video, text material, quiz, assignment, or downloadable resource within the purchased course environment. Our Learning Management System tracks access.

Therefore, if you request a refund within 30 days of purchase AND our system shows you have NOT accessed any course content, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. No Refunds After Course Access

Once you access any part of the paid course content (as defined above), your purchase becomes strictly non-refundable, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase or the amount of content consumed.

We encourage you to utilize our free resources (blogs, YouTube channel) to ensure the course is the right fit for you before you purchase and access the paid material.

4. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

If you meet the eligibility criteria (within the time limit AND no course access), please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include “Refund Request” in the subject line. Provide your full name, the email address used for purchase, the course name, and the order/transaction number.

  4. Processing: If the request is verified and approved based on the criteria in Section 2, we will process your refund.

5. Refund Processing Details

  • Method: Approved refunds will be issued by Bluez Innovations LLC back to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • Timing: Please allow approximately 7-10 business days after your refund request is approved for the refund to be processed by us. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
  • Amount: Eligible refunds will be for the full amount paid for the course.

6. Non-Refundable Items/Situations

  • Courses where any content has been accessed.
  • Requests made after the 30-day eligibility window.

  • Subscription payments for periods already passed or accessed.
